BENEFIT PARTNERS INSURANCE GROUP & ENROLLMENT SERVICES
has entered an online venture to establish OUR-HR.net, an on-line employee
benefit services website. The company primary website is www.b-part.com.
The new site, OUR-HR.net,
is an effective communication tool that efficiently serves employees
plan information needs, while minimizing administrative costs and will
allow Companies to post their employee benefits online & allow individuals
to make employee benefit elections on the internet. It will also provide
up-to-date resource material about the details and status of individual
plans throughout the year. Employees will have access to reviews of their
current plan and print forms such as COBRA, Benefits Enrollment, Change
in Family Status, and 401K election forms for employees and link to provider
networks.

OUR-HR.net will
reduce paper work and administrative employee hours for employers,

BENEFIT PARTNERS began
the development of its on-line enrollment site in 2000. The site is designed
to educate employees about their benefit options and has the means to
actually enroll potential participants in a plan.

now we've been successful in educating employees about their benefits
with our traditional method (one-on-one) and we will continue and by no
means is this designed to replace it, said Davis. However,
this site has outsourcing and administrative capabilities necessary to
enroll individuals 24/7 at home on on the road. Combining our traditional
enrollment method and our new OUR-HR.net website, we feel, this will make
us more efficient in the communication of employee benefits. Depending

offered to them, review their current benefits and, if necessary, enroll
